Very much hype from all the greeting card companies ;)! After 23 yrs together I don't really think we need a specific date/day to celebrate our love! Thanks for being a stop on the hop.

ReplyDeleteValentine's Day is an interesting and polarizing holiday. Most people either love it or hate it. I'm in the hating category. If I celebrate, I spend the day with kids.

I like Valentine's Day even if it is a made up holiday. I like to celebrate with everyone not just DH. It is a chance to have fun and brighten someone's day.

I'm fairly recently married and my husband and I use Valentine's Day as an excuse to have a special meal, give each other a couple thoughtful gifts, and make absolutely positive the other one knows we love them. :)
